tiny white spots on skin(bier spots)

hello Dr i can u help me please im 21 yrs old and from scotland and for over i year i have been suffering from these tiny flat white spots they started on my arms and my legs but have spread to all over my body they appear when im cold or my arms are by my side and disappear when elevated above my head or im very warm they are are similiar to the disease bier spots are they curable or even treatable i have seen a gp/dermatologist but they were not very noticable when i first had them seen to but since then have spread and become very noticable and it takes up to a year on the waiting list to see the dermatologist so i was hoping u would have some idea

A year to see a dermatologist?  Good heavens!

I can do no more than guess, but these spots are almost certainly nothing of consequence.  I don't really know what you mean by "the disease bier spots."

Basically you will need to have someone see you in person for definitive diagnosis and reassurance.  I hope you can arrange it sooner....
