Hi,

Heat rash is a common condition in infants and children in which areas of the skin itch intensely. It looks like tiny bumps surrounded by a zone of red skin and occurs most often in hot, humid conditions. It usually occurs on clothed parts of the body, such as the back, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin, or armpits and goes away on its own. Keep your child comfortably cool by dressing him in loose-fitting, lightweight clothing and hydrate well with plenty of fluids. If this persists, it would be best to see you doctor for proper evaluation and management. Take care and keep us posted.
