Hi,
How are you? Was there a skin scraping or a culture done? If fungal spores were identified, the fungal medication may need to be adjusted. Make sure also that there is no secondary bacterial infection present. Antibiotic management may be indicated. Fungal infection usually responds well to anti-fungal medications. If it has been months, I recommend further evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
