topical penile overdose with Nizoral 2% shampoo?

Hi,

I've been using Nizoral shampoo for treating my supposedly fungal infection, and I think I might have briefly masturbated once using the shampoo a few days ago.  (Frankly, I feel quite stupid, as I've never publicly admitted to anything like that before, and I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, since using the regular shampoo for masturbation that far exceeded just a few minutes never caused any problems lasting longer than a few hours.)

4 days after the event my penile skin appears to be severely damaged — it's no longer as elastic as it used to be, unless I'm a few minutes into taking the shower, and all the skin is severely folded and feels _extremely_ rough to the touch.  It also hurts to pee after all of this, unless I'm in the shower and my skin is more moist and flexible.  I've called a local poison control centre, mentioning most of the above, but they said I don't have a poisoning, I just have a skin reaction.  Is there anything I could do to ensure that my skin returns back to normal?  (I've also noticed that the tips of my fingers are somewhat rough, too, but that is the least of my worries.)  Will it return back to normal, and how long will it take?
