Do you have any skin condition in the genitals that resemble pearly penile papules?
Pearly penile papules are usually (as the name implies) tiny and shiny.They are normally expected and usually does not require any form of intervention. Initiating intervention may only make conditions worst as pearly penile papules are really benign lesions ( allow me to use the word lesions).
