two red lines at scrotum

I have two distinctive red line splits or sores that run alongside the middle of my ground sort of in the area between my scrotum (not on the scrotum or ballsack) and my anus hole.
They are straight red lines, are itchy and are rediculously fun to scratch (i enjoy scratching them, even though they end up sore). They aren't just lines, but rather indent into the skin like a cut for example. Yes, two straight red cuts on either side of the skin that goes from the anus to scrotum would describe them well.
Anyways, i'm a fit and healthy male in my early 20's. I've had this for a while, months even.
Any ideas?
