type of cream?

hi, i recently posted a question about bumps on my scalp that are pimple-like. im not able to visit my dermatologist in the near future for certain reasons, so in the meantime i was wondering what should i do? i was thinking of getting a cream to put on the bumps, but what kind that are sold in stores? any answers would be greatly appreciated.

For such bumps on the scalp which can be due to folliculitis scalp, use an antibacterial soap or mild shampoo. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
