Hi,
These are called as apthous ulcers of genital region. Apthous ulcers of genital region are range in size of 1-10mm and have a grayish-yellow base. These ulcers may recur and last at least 7-10 days. The etiology remains unclear. Vulva lesions can be treated with topical corticosteroids and if necessary topical anesthetics.
Hope this helps.
Bye.
