I seem to react to most deodorants, be it in spray, roll on or stick form. I break out in a rash which means I cannot use deodorant for a few days and have to use hydrocortisone 1% to get rid of the rash. Is there anything that immediately comes to mind that I could be reacting to? I react to sensitive deodorants as well. It makes changing deodorants very difficult. It has become necessary to change my deodorant as once again the company manufacturing the one that I can use has decided to stop that particular one. So far I react to every other deodorant by the same manufacturer.
You should avoid using a deodarant directly to your under arm skin, avoid shaving or waxing the area for some time. These could be the cause of your symptoms.

Try to avoid sweat accumulation at the sites and use a powder. Keep the area clean and wear lose, comfortable clothes.
Since when have you noticed the lesion?
This could be some insect bite, eczema or bacterial skin infection or dermatitis.
You could take oral antihistamine medications for the itching and apply calamine lotion at the site.
It would be best to consult a skin specialist as nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
