underarm rashes

hi
I am 28 years old woman. i have got tiny white rashes at my underarm and around my breast for few years. some  time they are itchy .when I am pulling my skin they are not visible. Could you help me?

Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough,but from the description,three possibilities are coming to my mind.First of all,it can be pityriasis versicolor.It is a common skin infection caused by the yeast Malassezia furfur. This skin disease commonly affects adolescents and young adults, especially in warm and humid climates. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines.

Second possibility is of pityriaisis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

I would suggest a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
