urethral meatus skin lesion

I noticed this lesion less than 5 days ago.
It was heralded byy 2 weeks of urinary stream spraying/splaying
It is located around the urethral meatus--  especially to my observation, along
the area where urine is in contact at end of voiding i.e more3 o'clock to 9-10 o'clock
It does not itch and is not painful. I have not been intimate (no sex) for over 1 year.
I thought it was fungal and started fluconazole 50mg daily for 5 days now and there is
no change. I initially used co-amoxiclav for a week before that

Your description sounds like nothing sexually-transmitted, and certainly not fungal or bacterial.  If you have something that you think is interfering with your urinary stream, you'll need to see a doctor about it in person.  meantime, I don't know where you're getting the antibiotics, but I suggest not taking any more of them.
