Ok so these bumps just showed up on my vag as i was starting my period ( pimple like ), and when i start my period i tend to breakout somewhere and i do not have sex, so could it just simply be a breakout reaction for being on my period ? there's one beside my belly button too. Also i didn't breakout on my face or shoulders, chest or neck so could that just be all ? and i clean myself every night, and shave. Help PLEASE !

Hello,
These bumps look like folliculitis skin after shaving. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take antihistaminics like Benadryl for the itching. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist as you may need oral antibiotics.
