very itchy

hi!
i had procted sex with a lady abt 6 weeks ago,a week after that i developed dry skin on the inner thigh area and a small cut on the left guinal area(fold).after seeing a doc,he prescribed an antibiotic cream that help heal the cut,in a weeks time the dry skin disappeared as well....after abt 2 weeks i experienced dry skin on the folds again,once again i applied a moisturising cream and it helps soothe the itchness.

however is there any help i can get to stop the dry skin itchness totally.
