very painfull blisters

Every summer I get a couple of blisters on my right foot. I always drain the fluid out and they bug me a lot but they don't hurt and they are gone by winter. I also get water bumbs on my hands and pointer fingers, these sometimes itch. My problem is that the other day I got a blister on my foot and it hurt so bad. I tryed to drain the fluid out but it was really hard to do so and it hurt really bad to touch it. I finally got most of the fluid out but it still hurt. The next day I had 2 very small blisters on my finger and they hurt really bad so once again I tryed to drain them the best I could and they continued to hurt. This morning when I washed my face it hurt right above my lip (Not on my lip at all) and when I looked closer I seen there were a cluster of blisters developing there. Now it is very noticable and very painful-it is hard to smile. Is this caused from the blister that started on my foot and what could have been the blister on my foot. None of these blisters itch at all they are only painfull. Also is there anything I can do to get rid of the blisters and keep them from coming back.
