very scared

I GET THIS BLOODY RASH JUST ABOVE MY ANKLES EVERY SO OFTEN, I AM ON ALOT OF MEDS , WOULD THIS CAUSE THIS? I HAVE WENT TO MY DOCTOR AND HAD TESTS DONE AND THEY CANT FIND ANYTHING. THE DOCTOR GAVE ME CREAM TO PLACE ON IT BUT WHEN I DO IT MAKES IT WORSE , PLS HELP ME , IM SCARED

It can be due to lichen planus, venous eczema or stasis dermatitis. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.
