very small bumps

Hey doc, I'm stressed out right now thinking that i may have genital warts.  About 8 months ago i began feeling little bumps on the shaft of my penis.  They are less than 1mm in size and are the same color as everything else.  I looked on about 40 different web sites for pictures of warts and herpes, and they look nothing like what i have.  I had unprotected sex about 4 months prior to them appearing.  I am taking many different medications, most of which i began to use a month or two before the bumps occur: concerta and paxil, enzyte for the past 5 months.  I am 21 and have never had these occur prior to 8 months ago.  They dont hurt, appear to have no head on them, are a little firm, and are a fleshy color.  I havent had any symptoms of warts or herpes.  I read some of your posts on cysts and skin tags, and they sound pretty similar to what i have.  I was wondering if they may be the result of irritation, though they are not sore, due to flogging the dolphin (1 - 2 times daily), or jelking which i used to do (penis excersizes).  I have also used steroids in the past, i don't know if there may be a connection.  I tried putting some vinegar on them to see if theyd turn white but i couldnt really see a difference.  I am currently seeing a girl that i wouldnt want to even think of giving this to, if it is something, not that i would want to give it to anyone.  Oh yea, i wanted to add that they resemble the bumps that the hair folicles make on my testicles, but most occur in the darker pink area under the head of my penis, where i have never noticed hair, and if it did exist, have probably rubbed off.  I tried to pop one once, but there was nothing inside of it, and it didnt hurt when i did it, it just bled a tiny bit.  If they are skin tags or cysts, why havnt they occured on other parts of my body, not just the shaft of my penis.  They don't seem to spread or cluster, and dont really disappear and return.

please give me some insight on what you think these are before ive pulled all my hair out stressing over this.  It wasnt even a concern before, but im in love with the female im seeing, and want to be able to make love to her without this worry.

They certainly sound like cysts, not warts.  I strongly urge you to show these to a doctor, so you can get definitive reassurance.  No need to be self-conscious--that's what doctors are for.  Otherwise, you'll make yourself more anxious than necessary.

I have had these samll white bumps on the shaft and ringing the crown of my penis for about 3 years, they are very small and are also all over the sac. i have  never had sex or oral sex i have only had a hand job, they do not itch or burn or irretate me. Iam scard to go to a doctor because i am youger, i do masterbate alot with alovera and other lotions, i really want to find out what these are so i can get rid of them. please write back saying what they are thanks

I'm a young teen and i have never had sex. i have acne on my back, chest, and somewhat on my face. im not sure but i think i have some on my penis. they are really small white heads that i can pop. they're a little whiter then the color as the skin around them. they don't hurt and i keep forgeting about them. i have no clue what they are. i was just woundering what you think they sound like. im going to the dr. soon so i hope i remember.

Hey guys dont feel scared i have these too, and have had them for like four years.  I went to a doctor and he told me they were enlarged glands and were hereditary.  The only problem was he didn't know of any way of removing them or preventing them from happening.  If anyone or any doctor has any information regarding how these small bumps could be removed please post it or email ***@**** please.  Thank you!

i was doin carages with my freind and i fell and i didnt feel like i got hurt but when i got home i couldnt get an erection my left nut feels real bad and now after a week it takes me awhile to get an erection and the vein under neith isnt filed up its soft and my balls are hanging low and not bunching up like they used to what is happening im freaking out but i dont want to tell my parents this is to personal is this only temporary injury
