vitiligo, leukoderma

what can I do to get rid of these spots? Is there a cure? permanently? Help!
I have them all over my back and they are spreading rapidly.

How are you? Vitiligo or leukoderma is a chronic skin disease that causes loss of pigment, resulting in irregular pale patches of skin. Vitiligo is caused by a combination of  autoimmune, genetic and environmental factors. The location of vitiligo affected skin changes over time, with some patches re-pigmenting and others becoming affected. The traditional treatment given is corticosteroid cream. Phototherapy  and chemical depigmentation may also be beneficial. It is best to discuss which treatment is best for you with your dermatologist.

hi, if if i may ask, could you rommend a concealer that would best hide vitiligo particularly on the face part? some white patches are starting to develop around my eyes recently. i'm worried about it.. aside from the face, i already have spots on my elbows & hands, chest & back.. i was applying some topicals before like clobetasol which my derma prescribed, but i stopped applying esp. the clobetasol bec. i've noticed that i started having skin striations after a few months of using it, could it be caused by clobetasol? thanks much for any feedback =)
