vitiligo and lamictal/lamotrigine

Hello.  Would you elaborate on association / incidence of vitiligo in patients using lamotrigine?  In addition, this particular patient is also using lithium.

There are many drugs which can aggravate or cause vitiligo and anticonvulsants used in epilepsy are one of them. This can be due to direct toxic effects on the melanocytes, activation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and nerve damage in the sympathetic nervous system connected to melanocytes by chemical synapses.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
