wart in genital region

Is is definite that when you have a wart in your genitalia region, that it's automatically genital warts? I only have one small one and all the pics I see of these don't look like mine and they guys have alot of them at once.  I noticed this really small one like 2 or 3 months ago near my testicles...doesn't itch or hurt. I'm bugging out only b/c it's there basically.  I've never had a wart so I don't know these things. I ordered some genital wart stuff from Dermasil anyway, but I need to know if there is a slight chance it could just be a wart, not an STD. thanks

i am 14 years old i have the same thing on my left testicle matches my skin color doesnt hurt or itch its just there and i dont think it is an std so dont worry  because i searched up genitel warts pics and its not similar to what you and i got. i got only one too and i was worried.
