wart split?

I had a cyst on my glans picked it away it came back went to the std nurse and she said it was a wart and froze it. It went away again but came back still the same shape and size of the cyst and still in the same place and now it has split (ruptured) and yellow stuff came out of it but what confuses me is that it looks like a wart can anyone help ive seen doctors but because the freezing has changed the way the look dramatically they all think its warts seriously losing my mind!

The symptoms can be due to sebaceous cyst. It is filled with a soft, whitish brown material that sometimes oozes out onto the skin's surface. This material is called sebum. Treatment includes small surgical opening into the skin and removing the sac (excision biopsy). But recurrence is quite common. I suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist after examination.
