Hi

If these are warts, then it is best to have these removed. Warts are contagious and may readily be transmitted. You may have this assessed by your physician so that the right form of management may be given. In some forms of warts, salicylic acid may be applied first to soften the lesions. Then cryotherapy may be initiated to remove the warts. It is best to have your doctor apply the medications as salicylic acid may be abrasive and may affect normal skin.
