I've got water blisters on my penis. What are the reasons for it? How to cure it?

I found a single water blister on the neck of my penis like u would find on your finger etc it does not hurt or itch at all.it looks like its under alot of layers of skin and ive had it for a while now and its not popped or spread.ive looked up images and it looks nothing like herpes what should i do?

These water blisters on penis can be due to molluscum contagiosum, impetigo, bullous staph infection or genital herpes if they turn painful. Signs of herpes presents as itchy painful blisters anywhere on the genital area. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur.
