weird bump on face

Ok now this is a little weird and I have never had this happen before.  A few days ago I had a bump under my jaw line that was really sore.  Then it started to spread up my face...but the weird thing is that when it spreadnow it in like a curvey line type thing.  Also when it spreads it is no longer in the area that it was.  Like with the bump under my jaw line....it isn't there anymore and now its going up my face towards my mouth.  The bump hurts if you push on it and kinda itches.  It feels like its under the skin as well...kinda hard yet squishy.  I do have a pimple on my face towards mymouth that hasn't healed yet but I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.  Any help would be great
