Yes i have something similar to this. I've been had the rash on top of both my feet for a month and a half now. I've used lemons juice and cortisone but it doesn't help as much as calamine lotion. calamine lotion does help relieve the itch but i need something more helpful. both my foot get really red, and bad inflammation. i cant wear the shoes i desire because it becomes uncomfortable. please help. i really want this rash to disappear completely.  any suggestions ?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be allergic contact dermatitis to the shoes, stasis dermatitis or eczema skin. Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Also wear cotton socks and change socks regularly.
Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl and apply some calamine lotion. If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
