weird rash

I have a weird rash on my arm and i don't know what it it.

its red and bumpy and kind of blistery looking. It almost looks like a burn or poison ivy, but it is neither. It kind of looks like two parallel lines with another dash a little bit separated next to it (kinda looks like a couple lines of morse code..). it won't go away and its not spreading or itching anywhere else, its just intensely itchy and some of the blistery looking bumps have started to seep a little bit.. i have no idea what it is and don't know if it is severe enough to get it checked out, but i have had it for about a week and it hasnt gotten any better.

I've been putting benedryl cream and bandaids on it, but thats not helping at all.

It can be due to contact dermatitis, scabies or cutaneous larva migrans. Scabies is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
