what are these brown spots on my penis head?

alright so im a teenager at 16, ive never had sex, i do masturbate, my doctor does the exams with your genitals so i thought if it was a STD she would of mentioned it but she didnt mention any of it it started out with one spot and i thought it might of just been a bruise after it didnt go away i figured it might be a birth mark i never noticed, but after 2 or 3 more spots came up i started to get concerned, please help m e out with this it would be great to know what to do.

Hi

These brown spots may be moles. Continue to observe the spots. If they continue to increase in numbers then you need to have this assessed readily. In the absence of redness, itchiness, swelling and pain, this does not sound infectious. Do not pick on the area. Take pictures of the skin condition for future reference.

I always thought moles stick out a little though, they dont stick out, the increase is very slow i first noticed the first one about half a year ago and up until maybe a week ago they increased.

Hi

Some moles may not necessarily be raised .These brown spots sound like hyperpigmented areas. This does not sound infectious but you may have this assessed by your doctor so that a baseline examination may be done. A biopsy may be done if the areas appear to have irregular borders, itchiness , scaling and discolorations. Otherwise, this does not sound something that requires immediate intervention.
