what are these bumps inside my vagina?

I have recently discovered that I have small pimple like bumps inside the vagina area. One of them looks like its getting big and white. They don't itch. they are not painful. But it hurts when I wash across them or wipe. There is only one white head bump. All other bumps are pink little pimples. But there are lots of them. Just recently they have begun to multiple.  What is this?

I have been recently been treated with clymidia and my doctor never resec. For a check up on it. But I haven't had sex since then and I hav a sore pimple like thing almost looks like it will hava white head on my left vaginal liptoward the center of my vigina and I don't know what it could be is it possible it didn't go away or could it be something else? I mean I know its not a diff std bc I got tested for everything . What could it be? :'( I am so scared bc now I have a bew boy friend and I mean we haven't done it yet but ....yea..

Probably tiny little sebaceous cysts, like Fordyce spots.  I suspect these are from having oilier skin types and possibly from different lotions, soaps, cosmetics, lubricants, but what I read is that they don't know what causes them.  Maybe you also have tiny little bumps of the under eye tissue?  I think it's similar to that.  I got those from moisturizing under my eyes when I was young.  I thought I was doing a good thing, but it was wrong for my skin type I guess.
