what are these ringed sploches on my chest?

These came up and went away in a day.  It started with a bite like bump, kinda itchy, that got this distinct ring around it like a bullseye.  I checked on it, and was shocked to see these all over my chest!   They don't itch, and they are nowhere else but in this photo  

I have been very sick this week, which is unusual for me.  I had a sore throat, sinus infection, 100 fever with a bumpy acne like rash to my cheeks, chin, and throat that popped up then went away in a day or so.  Bad, bad headache, and very thirsty.  I didn't cough much, no stomach upset or diarreah (diarrhea).

I don't have allergies, we do have a dog and two cats, I did not touch anything unusual,
