what are these spots ?

Hi,
about 3 years ago i noticed a spot on my left leg and left breast
the spot on both places is about the size of a dime and is brown
its not raised its not itchy nor does it hurt its just there suddenly is it anything to worry about i am a 38 yr old female

Stella:

In a woman your age, two brown spots are unlikely to be of much concern. Still, you really can't diagnose spots without seeing them. Next time you have a physical, show thme to your doctor.
