what are they??

I have some little bumps on my nose usually at the top of the nose working its way down. These bumps are very flat and have no hole or pore or any kind of opening. They are not comedones from what i know. I have seen alot of people with it but im really self concius about myself and everytime i look in the mirror i feel depressed. These bumps make my nose feel very rough and now are spreading toward the side of my nostrols and onto my cheeks. Please help me find out the solution to this. I use clean and clear on my face as a face wash and ever since i heard that soaps cause pimples i hardly ever use soap on my face. Im not a person that has acne but i do get little pimple like bumps on the forehead and the same bump kind og thing that i get on my nose on my chin too but very bigger and sometimes i can squeez them and something would end up coming out. I wanna have a smooth and clean nose with no bumps. Also on the tip of my nose i have oil glands and when i sqeeze them sometimes puss comes out but not much.
