what could this be? is it an allergic reaction?

I've added a picture. I'm getting these little bumps or whatever they are all over my body & they itch. I thought they could be bed bugs, but no one in the house is getting these but me. So I thought maybe its a rash. Does it look like a rash or bite marks? They're on my arms, my legs, my foot, my stomach.& my back. Plsss help

It looks like hives which come and go in response to an allergy. You can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. Although the rash may be itchy, avoid scratching it because you may damage the skin, and allow bacteria to get in, leading to infection. You may also need topical and oral steroids which are available under prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Looks like 'cholinergic urticaria'.Do you itch when you sweat? Antihisaminics help internally. Apply calamine for relief.
