what could this be?

hi im a 20 year old male that is uncircumsized. in late may early june i had sex with a girl and the condom broke but i then put on a new one. about a month or so later i was examining myself and found some small bumps under the foreskin of my penis. i was of course worried and its all i could think about/then some tingling started to happen down there making me even more worried. And some times i think it would sting down there but then i would go pee and it would go away. ive been worried its herpes but the bumps have never gone away like herpes suppose to nor do they look like blisters. its been 5-6 months since ive had sex and these bumps wont go away, im scared to try to get in a new relationship till i figure out what these bumps are. can u tell me what these bumps are? also i wanted to post some pics but these bumps are two small for me to capture on my camera. Thanks for the help!!

These sound like small cysts that are common on the penis.  They're normal and don't mean anything.  They were probably there before but you only noticed them now because you were worried.  The tingling is from worry for sure.  You are right that herpes doesn't last 6 months.

Bottom line: see a skin doctor or STD specialist who can confirm this, and then just forget about the spots.

Best.

oh i forgot to add the day or so after i noticed a small purple bruise on the tip of the foreskin of the penis. thought it was just from condom breaking or the rough sex, it went away in like two days and has never come back

Your bumps are probabyly just your normal penile skin.  I have a feeling you just recently noticed b/c you never really examined yourself this closely before.  I wouldn't worry about them esepcially if they are too small to notice in a photograph.
