what do I do with my pinky when its itchy?

so... my pinky is really itchy when I scratch it and with its not itchy, I sometimes hit my pinky somewhere whenever I do something and it becomes itchy again.. I don't know if it relates to my rash when I was little because I had rashes all over my body and I went to the doctors (not a hospital but those small clinic, I might say I don't know how to call it, but oh well :P) but they gave me a cream to put on my body to make the rash go away.. and also every winter season comes, rashes comes back because my body gets dry easy so I get rashes or some products (lotions or something else) will make rashes appear on me.... so I don't know if anyone out there have the same problem as me, but these rashes that I have are really annoying.. please help me by replying down below... I really wish these rashes go away and don't come back :(
