what do I have here doc?

Ok, hope you are ready for this $19 question.

In May of 2004 I had unprotected sex with a girl I had been out with for 6 months and trusted very well. She said she was clean and had been examined by her doctor a couple weeks prior.

The end of that week I had noticed nothing out of the ordinary. For some weird reason I did however decide to shave my scrotum and it was done poorly, dry razor nothing else. The following days were some of the worst ever. I had itching and burning (never when I urinated) and redness and everything else. I went to the doc he didnt seem to think anything STD related but was more of a fungus. I did sweat a lot and my underwear is sometimes soaked through.

Over time it got better but was still irritated. The skin under my penis which lays directly on the scrotum when i'm wearing underwear is the part tht still bothers me to this day (8 months later) when it gets hot down there it feels like a slicing pain like someone is taking a knife and literally carving me down there. I also noticed that on the shaft of my penis there are a couple small inch or so in length lines of bumps that have slightly whitish tops. its like 2 rows of these, very small. Been there for months. The only things are tolerable is when Im not physically active or after I get out of the shower, things are usually calm untill I begin moving again.

So after all this I have been thinking that my scrotum may remain infected from poor/infected hairs (it doesn't look how it used to) and when it burns it rubs onto my penis which would make sense I think. I would hate to go to the doc a third time but I think I am anyways. It's depressing and keeping me from female companionship.

What do you think doc? Your opinion is greatly appreciated.

I don't think you have anything sexually related or anything that needs to deprive you of female companionship.  This sounds like chafing.  The lines you're seeing on your penis are probably just normal anatomy that you're noticing for the first time.

I advise you to wear loose underwear, powder after showering, avoid sweat-inducing activity for a week or so, use no active medications (cortisone, fungal creams), and see a doctor once more for diagnosis, reassurance, and any additional treatment you might need.

Best.

I have recently had unprotected sex with a female.  Few days later she finds out that she has a respriatory track infections.
I have been having pain in just my right testicle.  I have also noticed about 10 small black dots on my penis. The pain is not severe, but sometimes is very irratating especially when I get horny.  What is the problem?
