what do new moles mean in adulthood indeed?

As can be seen very often, the new mole  in adult is a warning sign for melanoma.How can we truly understand this statement?

I'm 26,male.I found a black(or dark brown) spot on my right waist about last September,where i remembered there had been no spot of any kind.It is flat with the size now 1mm in diameter.I have watched it ever since.It stayed almost the same size for at least two latest months.I had it looked at by 2-3 dermatologists and they all thought nothing of it.But I am worried a lot about it  just because it came when i was old enough(25y).

Looks like a common meanocytic nevus.Only sudden growth,change of colour,bleeding are omnious signs.You are fine.One could develop such moles in adulthood too.

The present size of the leision is about 1mm.If excised wholly, is the size adequate for a clear microscopical diagnosis of whether benign or malignant?

With how much necessity should I have it biopsied?
How can I weigh excision against retention ?  Give your ideas,thank you.

Such a small mole only needs to be observed.I am not an expert on this subject because in our parts we rarely come across,but then you have already been seen and cleared off your doubts.Anxiety is the only cause,and as far as i know nobody would disturb a mole with out valid reasons.
