what is it

hi im a chef and its summer now and wen im at work i chafe alot but i use soudocrem and usually gets better but now its gone mad i have a rash that feals like chafein but alot worse it started between my legs the stated to move towards my bum its red dry and itchy like little bumps or spots it feals alot worse than it looks its not seepin or looks like cuts but ive started to notice a red rash on testicles and penius and like tiny scratch marks on testicles they dont look like blisters just scraches or bites any one any idear i thort it mite be herpes  but it dosent seem to look like that also wen at work and realy hot testicles feal on fire and worse help

It can be due to sweat dermatitis, heat rash, eczema or fungal infection. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort .For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.
