for the last 2 years i have had a strange rash from my neck up.  all my life i have had eczema but this is different, i react to foods more servely and it is burning red.
i have been told by many doctors that it is either a yeast infection or didestive problems, the only way to stop it is be on heavy prednisolone, antiotics, and steroid creams
it is that bad when i am off the medicine that i cannot go out side because from my neck gets burnt very easily by the suns rays causing bleeding weeping and extreme dryness and redness

Brent:

I apologize, but I cannot tell from your description what you have.  Eczmea can certainly affect the face, but not usually in such a widespread manner as you describe.  I can't tell whether you are perhaps having a reaction or side-effect from topical cortisone, or something entirely different.

You will, I think, have to see a live dermatologist, who should be able to sort out your problems and most likely treat them as well.

best.
