okay, I'm a 19 white female and have only have been with 4 people, and the relationship I'm in now has been 8 months long and he has only slept with two people. Anyways, I was engaging in sexual activity with the boyfriend, and then he says what are some hard bumps...I look down and there are like four of them, tiny, pen head tiny, no head to pop (pimple), hard and flesh color, don't hurt, no white tops and I preformed vineger test and they didn't change color to white, it just burned (vulva region). I go to my university, and the nurse just looks and says she can't see them, only feel them, but she is certain it is warts...but I contacted all my partners and they say they have never had an outbreak...I'm just scared, I mean this lady tells me they are warts, but no std test, or even a doctor to look...She used liquid nirtogen and they went away in 3 days...but could it have been a rash, molluscum? And whan I thought I got another one, I go to another place, tell the nurse what the other nurse tells me but she said this one looked more like a skin tag...but she burned it off anyway...Please tell what is going on...I don't want to go to a real doctor because my parents get the insurance papers and they say what I was being treated for...Please help...

You can see warts, not just feel them.
I don't know what these were, but your description--and the fact that they went away so fast--makes me skeptical of the diagnosis.
At this point there's nothing to do. You should, however, see a gynecologist for a full exam, including internal. Ask the doctor to make sure the billing code does not list STD's--there's no reason why it should, since it will be a regular exam.
Otherwise, unless you get the bumps again, in which case you should have them checked by a doctor, you shouldn't do anything in particular. I do not think you are obligated to tell future partners you had warts, because I think there is serious question about whether you did. Ask your doctor about this when you go, but don't be afraid to go and ask.
