what is this on my lip?

i've recently developed a sore patch on my top lip, it's round in shape. It's like a piece of smooth skin but it does shed, well it gets so annoying i have to yank skin off it which makes it sore. It does sometimes itch but im pretty sure its not a mouth ulcer as there is no pus or blistering. I was wondering if it could be eczema as ive got patches of it that have appeared all over my scalp, eyebrows and around the corners of my eyes.

Cant see what you see even on the internet. it could be sooo many things, you really need it checked out if it is making you itch and you are pulling off skin.

It looks like leukoplakia or actinic cheilitis. It is a form of cheilitis which is the counterpart of actinic keratosis of the skin and can develop into squamous cell carcinoma. Without biopsy, it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis and hence I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done.
Leukoplakia is a white lesion that can't be removed simply by rubbing the mucosal surface. It may occur in response to chronic irritation from dentures or from tobacco use or pipe smoking, or it may represent dysplasia.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
