Hello,
These can be hair follicles or Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
If the spots exude blood and the girl gives you an oral intercourse then there is a risk of transmission of HIV especially if she is having any cuts, ulcers or sores in the mouth or lips. If you share razors with someone who has HIV or there is blood to blood contact like having any cuts and having contact with blood, vaginal fluids or semen with an infected person then risk of transmission of HIV is there.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.

i am sorry that i bother u with my Q and i am very thankful 2 ur answers...by exude blood what do u mean? alot of blood? a few drops? and the shaving cuts if they were scratched after healing do they pose any risk? and what kind of risk i am facing? i know its a low risk if any but i am very very very stressed about this...the reason i am stressed is recurrent flu and colds and some kind of rash that comes and goes very fast ( less than 1 hour) and pink spots on my tongue....i dont know if this is stress related but i want to know what is my risk even if the spots didnt bleed or the shaving cuts didnt bleed or when they bleed...again i am very thankful
