what is this?

So i have this rash spot on my ribs. At first it was smaller now it gotten alittle bigger. It doesnt really itch unless i itch it first. Um it has a dry texture. I'm thinking it's just the hotter weather or like i need to wash my sheets.
I need your help identifying

May be a herald patch of Pityriasis rosea.A nummular dermatitis and fungus may look alike but itch.The earlier resolves in a few weeks after throwing up few more patches.

From the picture it looks like pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

No treatment is usually required. In most patients, the condition lasts only a matter of weeks or months(upto six months).In some cases steroids can be prescribed.

If the rash persists or itches then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Discoid eczema and ringworm have to be excluded.

hello i was wondering is there any signs that the Pityriasis rosea is about to go away?
i mean i have gotten the little patches but was just curious if there car any signs that it's about to go away.
