what to do after cyst removal off head

I had a very large cyst removed today and it had not one but 2 cysts at the site. I got stitches and ointment on the sutures. How soon can I resume a strenous workout. I didn't rest today and part of my head is still numb 7 hours later and oozing.

How are you feeling now after removal of cyst?
What symptoms you had so that they had removed your cyst?
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks for suture to heal. You can resume your workout may be after a month.
