Thank you for replying! I saw my doctor today and my ANA results were positive! I was tested for lupos tho and that came back negativ. However, I am being referred to a rheumathologist for further testing. I copied a link of a pic of my skin. I can't be under the sun or light because my skin BURNS bad!can I still have lupus? :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The picture was unclear but such an itchy rash which is spreading fast can be due to a viral or fungal infection. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

However to confirm the diagnosis I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
