whats may be the cause

hello, i am 32 unmarried recently one month back i have unprotected sex and after 10 days later in night i got burning sensation on my corner of lips, above my scrotum with reddish colour and next day morning i seen   small portion of skin above right scrotum feeling off. i have used Detol to clean it off .and after 2 days( not accurate) i started feeling sensation of my tip of tongue burning and also burning sensation on my scrotum. i have taken B-complex tablets thinking of excessive work tension and heat. But it has not stopped and in nights i try using Burnol and Candid cream.

on day 14th i have visited  MD Venereal disease specialist  and he told me that these symptoms may be because of allergic, side drug effect and he has given 5 days tablets. and Mean time my burning tongue sensation has gone but occasional scrotum burning with reddish colour was there and buring sensation at corner of right lips( occasionally). Mean time i have checked for HIV, Diabetics and result was negative.after 5 days treatment again i went back and i asked my Dr is that symptoms of STD, he denied it and changed the medicine for next 15 days.

After this nearly 21 days later  i dont had feeling of tongue burning and my scrotum was seem to be reddish and burning in alternative days that to in time between 1.o pm to 5.opm .And in 22 days i am feeling again sensation of tingling in tongue and scrotum was seem to be reddish and burning. Apart from this i dont have any other syptoms or health issues. Please any one guide me what this symptoms may be off?

Hello,
You need not have any tests but if you still want then you should get a complete STD panel done because STD’s like Chlamydia are mostly asymptomatic in males. The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
If no sores or blisters have appeared after the burning and tingling sensation then chances of std like herpes are less.
It can be dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic), heat rash or excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis.
You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste applied directly to wet skin after bathing.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
