White spots on the penis is your chief complaint (is this correct)?
White spots may be due to infections caused by fungi or they may be due to other conditions like psoriasis. At these point, these are only differentials.
Would you be able to say if these are scaly? Are these spots itchy?
Where are these spots usually located? Do they occur on the entire shaft or involve the head or glans alone?
Any similar lesions in other parts of the body?
