white/ discolouration patch on penis glans

Hi
Over the past couple of months i have noticed a white patch developing from the edge of my japs eye down to (and including) the piece of skin which attachs the foreskin to the glans, it almost looks like maceration, but can sometimes be quite dry. Its not particularly painful/itchy theres no associated redness or swelling and the edges aren't raised like in ulceration, and there is definately no discharge.Its just not normal for me, can you help?
I don't think its ST related as have been in a monogamous relationship for the past 3 years and before that have always (without exception) been careful.

It may be vitiligo, loss of pigment which is rather common in the genital region. It has no significance other than appearance. I wouldn't want to go further than that speculation without your being seen. Your description does not sound like an STD, though.
