white Bumps underneath skin on penis

by Concernedmale, Jan 12, 2005 12:00AM
First of all I am 33 year old male. I am married for a while and unfortuneately visited a massage parlor back about 3 1/2 months ago (very guilty and upset by my actions!). I had protected sex with a provider and even though the time spent inside her was minimal and I tried to make sure that nothing but the condom came in contact with her private parts but who is ever for sure..I feel as though I might have contracted HPV.

Since I was extremely parinoid about this I have been checking my penis for any changes. I had always been checking the tip of my penis but I started investigating the shaft. about one month ago I was pulling the skin on the shaft of my penis and I noticed small white bumps under the skin. I have similar type bumps on the base of my penis those are more pronounced look very similar to that of a hair gland although not all have hairs. Well over the past month I would pull and strech the skin trying to determine if they are developing into abnormal growths ontop of the skin. I will turn my penis to the side and stretch the skin to see if there is anything raised They have not appeared to be growing anykind of tag, cauliflower, flap or noticeable raised skin formation, however they have grown in size and number but still seem to be below the skin and as a result the skin above is being pushed up. They have developed along the underside and side of the penis. after a month now I can seem some with out haveing to strech the skin however I can also see clearly the one at the base of my penis that I think are Skin glands.

I have never noticed these before, however I am not sure they were always there and my constant proding has irrated them?

I thought subacious Glands or cyst occur in younger males is it possible this could be what I am getting know in my 30's?

I have been applying anti viral oils Tee tree and Forces of Natures Warts no more. They seem to be drying up the skin causing it to peel and yet I notice that these have gotten biger and more of them. The skin on top is smooth and I can feel the bumps below if I pull the skin tight. The products say that the oils get to the base of the wart and move them up to the surface to eventually flake off. Could this be working and just keeping the warts from develoing into more common wart like formation on top of the skin?

There is 50 of these tiny bumps spread across the underside of the shaft and on the side. Since I have noticed these about a month ago how long does it take for them to start to grow above the skin. into what you see in pics? Are these a description of flat warts?

Please help me. I feel terrible for what I have done and right now my wife is pregnant we have not had sex since my infedelity however if I go to the DR. and he say I have these well I am worried to have to tell her knowing she will freek and wonder what I have been up to I don't want the stress to impact her or baby on the way. Could this be something I got years ago? what is this?

I think you have small cysts, not warts.  You never noticed them before, because you never looked this carefully.  Do yourself a favor and have a doctor take a look--you don't have to tell your wife why you went.  The, when you find out that you don't have warts, you can stop worrying and look forward to your new child.

Needless to say, avoid extramarital sex.

Take care.

I am having almost the same problem as you.  I am also married, had an affair and I noticed the same types of bumps you describe.  Small white (a few clusters of them), under the head, bottom side.  i just went to the doctor today and he said they were nothing more than oil glands.  Thank God!  I will never cheat again!

Good luck man!

Hi,
I'm a teenager and have never had any sexual contact besides kissing. I have almost the exact same thing as the above people have described. I can "pop" some of these white bumps and a little bit of puss comes out. I was wondering what you reccomend I should do and if there is anyway I can treat and cure it at home? Thanks very much.
