white and blue toenails

I TRIMMED MY TOENAILS A FEW DAYS AGO. TTHIS MORNING I NOTICED THAT MY BIG TOE LOOKED WHITE [TOENAILS]THEN I NOTICED THAT IT HAD SOME DRAINING COMING FROM IT. IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PUT SOME PROXIDE ON IT AND IT BUBBLED UP SOME.TWO OF MY TOES LOOK LIKE THE ARE BLUEISH BLACK UNDER IT.WHAT DOES THIS SOUND LIKE TO YOU.

You need to go to your dr asap. Most likely it is a fungus. If it isn't great, but I can tell you people that get fungus under their nails usually have it spread to all the nails. Once it gets started, it can be a long time getting rid of it. They have pills for it, but the pill specifically for the nail fungus takes some months to start working and can cause liver damage. A lot of drs don't like to prescribe them. I had a problem with mine and I had to keep cutting them back almost to the cuticle. They looked gross, and it took me a few years to finally get them straight. I wouldn't mess around trying to use some over the counter med and let it get spreaded, before getting professional help.
