white bumps around mouth

About five months ago i noticed these little white bumps around my. they dont hurt and they are filled with white pus. I have tried different acne treatments and i cannot get rid of it. What could this be??

It can be due to irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
