white flat spots on penis

HI,
I have a problem so i want to know that what it is?
A few weeks ago i got 2 white spots under the foreskin and on the glans (glands) penis. I thought it will go away but now it is spreading in diameter and i am bit worried about it. there is no pain in them but sometimes itchy. Sometimes a bud like spot is seen on the glans (glands). It is whitish (skin remains normal, smooth during day but in the morning it seems rough. i feel irritation. Can you tell me what it is?

Would you be able to say if these white spots are actually scales? Do they flake?

White itchy spots that also involve the head of the penis and the foreskin may actually be a case of balanitis. Balanitis is  a skin condition and may not necessarily be sexually transmitted. A fungal infection ,dermatitis and psoriatic balanitis are differentials for your case.

For how long have you noted these?

Are there any problems with sexual response such as pain or deformity during erections?

Any bump or lump in the area?
